Delivery
Deliveries within Europe are send by TNT Parcel Service.
We aim to provide your products within 48 hours after receipt of your payment order. However, a product may not be available. In that case, we will notify you in time and we will deliver the product up to 10 business days after your payment is received.

Shipping
We charge an amount of 14,95 Euro for packaging and shipping for an order up to 500 grams in most European countries. Some European destinations will have a different charge for shipping costs. At the checkout you can specify your country and the shipping charge will be shown. 

European Delivery
We deliver our products in Europe only. Is your country not in the list of sending countries, please contact our customer service.

You can pay in three ways: by iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal).

Returns and defects
Despite the great care that we devote to your order, it can happen that an article has a failure or you can receive the wrong product. In these cases you should contact Pearlwebshop.com within 7 days, by using the online ticket system on our website . Unstamped shipments are not accepted. For a quick handling of your complaint you should return a copy of the delivery form and the reason of returning.
