1.1 How do I create an account?
By placing your first order you will receive automatically the data of your new account. In this e-mail you can find your account number and password to log into our website. You will not have to register in advance on our website before ordering.
1.2 Where does Pearlwebshop.com deliver?
We deliver our products Europe-wide. If your country is not in the list of sending countries, please contact our customer service.
1.3 How can I pay?
At the site of Pearlwebshop.com you can pay by iDEAL (only with a Dutch bankaccount) , PayPal and Credit Card (via PayPal). More information about these payment methods can be found under Payment Methods.
1.4 The status of my payment remains unchanged
After ordering and paying it may take some time until the status of your order is changed in "Paid". The security of our system requires a manual adjustment of our administration.
1.5 Is the colour of the item exactly as on the picture?
It may happen that the colour of the picture is a little different from the original colour of the actual item. This happens because everyone has a different colour setting on his or her screen.
1.6 Do you work with Track & Trace shipments?
No, Pearlwebshop.com has chosen to send parcels without the track&trace possibility. Therefore theĀ shipment costs can be kept very reasonable throughout the whole of Europe.
1.7 What to do when I have a complaint?
We are working hard to deliver a perfect product. If an item has not come up to your expectations, then you can notify us within 7 days after receipt of the order. You can do this by creating a ticket in your account. If possible we will contact you within 24 hours. We'll try to come to a solution as soon as possible. In order to handle your complaint, we ask you to follow the instructions. The costs of postage for returning an item with a complaint will be in the first instance on behalf of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is well founded.
1.8 Can I return an item?
Yes, if you don't like an item or if it's the wrong size, you can always return the items.
There are a number of conditions:
- notifiy the return by creating a ticket (first log into your account);
- return everything to Pearlwebshop.com, you can find the address at the delivery form.
We will not accept the returned items when:
- Articles worn or washed;
- Articles no longer have the original labels attached;
- you've tried to repair a defect yourself;
- you didn't follow the instructions and / or directions for use.
If you want to exchange an item we will, after receiving the article, send a replacing item as soon as possible. If you want to return an item we will credit the amount of the item.
1.9 Why should I put my phone number with my order?
It may happen that we are not able to confirm your order by e-mail (for example if your email address is not typed correctly). Then we will contact you by phone to ask the correct data.
